About Us
Maasai Group of Schools are a medium cost Private Boarding High School established in 1974 as a girl’s secondary school (Maasai High School). It was founded to cater to the need for girl child education within the area. Through the years it has grown steadily to have a primary, boys and college section with a capacity of over 1000 students.
It currently has five schools:
Maasai Primary School, Maasai High School (8-4-4), Maasai High School (ICGSE) that are located in the same compound, 16km from Nairobi City Centre off Ngong Road and 5 km to Ngong town, Maasai Boys School located 200m away and Maasai Primary School- Oloosirikon Campus.
The suitable location in the outskirts of Nairobi creates a serene environment from the hustles of the city centre. The art-of state facilities offer a conducive atmosphere for learning.
The schools are reputed for their high discipline, good moral and good performance in both Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) and Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE).
The school is managed by an experienced Director who has over 45 years’ experience in school management. He is assisted by Principals and Head teachers who oversee the day to day running of the schools.
Our school motto is “IT IS POSSIBLE.” This encompasses our CREED as a school with Strong Christian Foundation as is contained in the Holy Book the Bible in Luke1:37 “ For with God nothing will be impossible.
